GD series crushers are used in producing fine products

GD crushers are different from cone crushers. Traditional crushers, including cone crushers, adopt the principle of single crushing; however, GD crushers take the advantages of laminating crushing. GD crushers change the impact of crushing and bumping into multi-layer comprehensive power which is carried out by mutual impact force and squeezing.

The realization of laminating crushing is due to the special structure of GD crushers.

Motor-driven gyrating system enables the particles to be mixed evenly and continuously with coarse and fine materials, distributed evenly around cavity, so that it can avoid from being block, while keeping the particles in cavity running steadily.;

The angle of liner lower is smaller than that of angel of repose between feeding materials and liner lower, which realizes the laminating crushing when particles materials pass by;

Proper striking and gyrating speed can control striking cycle and the speed of materials processing, assuring the particle materials, when recede and return striking, distribute and reorganize so that the position of particles are changed. When the head conducts crushing pressure, this situation is perfectly good for the particle to form highly evenly cubic final products.
